🇬🇧 December's comic is done! Finished it this week and I'm super happy with the result 🤓. The goal of one comic per month is being achieved and it's helping me keep my creativity flowing. I love creating my character's universe, every detail makes all the difference. And for those who don't know, I'm using ink on paper and finishing the colors in Photoshop. 🇬🇧 When I first sketched out the character Nicolas the Inventor, I never thought I'd create so much material. There are stacks and stacks of drawings and writings. Deep down, I think it's just a way for me to fulfill myself as a creative person. It's a lot of energy and willpower. Just to give you an idea, I'm already writing the plots for movies 2, 3, and 4. And I'll put all of this in a book that I'm still conceptualizing. // 🇧🇷 Quando fiz os primeiros esboços do personagem Nicolas o Inventor, jamais pensei que iria criar tanto material, são pilhas e mais pilhas de desenhos e escritos, no fundo acho que é só uma forma de eu me realizar como criativo, muita energia e força de vontade. Late night to make the animatic of Nicolas Inventor's film, what I like most about animatic is that I can create the universe and narrative capable of impacting! Arte conceitual (concept) terminada ontem, ufa, uma arte como esta chega a demandar mais de 18h de trabalho, tempo para a pesquisa, para o esboço à lápis, depois a procura dos brushes no Photoshop, referências fotográficas, depois disso tudo tem o estudo da luz solar, etc. Estes prédios ao fundo só eles foram mais de 2h, mas é algo que adoro fazer e após ficar pronto recompensa todo esforço. Diferentemente do roteiro em que tenho que emocionar através de palavras (que acho mais difícil), no animatic é através de desenhos esboçados como este acima. Nova tirinha, terminada hoje mesmo DOMINGÃO. Esta tira em quadrinhos foi baseada em fatos reais, uma pessoa realmente chamou o meu personagem Nicolas de “PCD horrível”! O Nicolas luta contra o preconceito e até ele foi vítima... Após ter postado nas redes sociais, algumas pessoas estão me perguntando o que é "PCD". Significa Pessoa Como Deficiência.
Sabadão é dia de trabalhar em meu filme longa metragem! Estou na fase do planejamento e pré-produção. Estas fotos são do animatic, para quem não sabe o que é isso, é uma versão bem simplificada do filme, compotas por vozes e esboços rápidos, completei 15 min, ou seja falta mais 1h15min.... O total terá 1h30. A versão definitiva do filme deverá ser toda em animação 3D. Aliás, procuro consultor pra captação de recursos público e privados, para a realização do filme Nicolas Inventor, se alguém se habilitar estou receptivo. Bem como procuro produtor executivo para poder realizar minha obra.
